Returns on retail items will be given store credit only, no cash refunds. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned. All sales are final and are not available for later adjustments.
To best serve our clients and staff, we require a minimum 24-hour notice via telephone to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations on short notice inhibit our ability to fill empty appointment times. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked appointment value. We thank you in advance for respecting our policy.
Cash payments are welcome. We accept all major credit cards, Apple pay and Google pay. Payment in full is expected at the conclusion of your service at Bristle & Strand Salon and Dry Bar, unless otherwise arranged with your stylist.
Our stylists operate on a tight schedule to maximize their availability for clients- due to these time limitations, we greatly appreciate our guests arriving on time for their appointments. We also understand that life can get in the way, so if you are running behind schedule, please contact our front desk via phone so your stylist is updated and can plan accordingly. Our salon values your time, and we aim to schedule our appointments with enough time to complete every service with professionalism and excellence, however, sometimes we run into unexpected complexities that require additional time. If we are running behind, we will do our best to give adequate notice and ensure we do not inconvenience your schedule.
